2. MEMBERSHIP: 

(a) Membership require  

 Persons eligible for Membership in the Corporation shall meet the following criteria:

(1)  Reside with the boundaries (as defined below in Boundaries description) of the Corporation 

(2)  Pay the annual membership dues.

(3)  Anyone over the age of eighteen years is eligible for membership.

(4)  Membership shall be either for a family or individual resident. 

(b) Voting: Each member shall have one vote. There shall be no proxy voting.

(c) Termination of Membership: A Member may terminate a membership if the Member sends written notice to the Board of Directors or the President. A membership will automatically be terminated if a Member does not meet the Membership Requirements. 

1. BOUNDARIES: Territory shown on the amended plat of Beverly Hills, and/or the Hartman tract, and/or the west side of Walther Avenue from the north side of Beverly Road to the south side of Weaver Avenue, west side of Arabia Avenue to and including Grindon Avenue, east side of Harcourt Road from Moravia Avenue to Weaver Avenue and all streets within these boundaries, or either side of the 4300 block of Arabia Avenue or either side of the 3000 block of Montebello Terrace.

Membership is open to every household in the Beverly Hills Community.  Members is offered to anyone 18 years of age and older.
